The Kies family have been growing grapes in the beautiful Barossa Valley for six generations and the quality of the Kies Family Wines range reflects this depth of knowledge.
Some of the vines which are more than 80 years old, have been lovingly cared for by Michael Kies to produce the high quality fruit which results in our premium quality wines. So much so that Michael knows each vine by hand.
Kies Wines are produced entirely from our own vineyard and each variety is carefully tended to, right through the winemaking process. Come and try them… you will not be disappointed.
Our focus has always been on “quality not quantity”. This is why we keep our wine production small so as to keep the quality and its distinctive varietal characters.
