The story of Get Freighted Cellar Door came out of the personal pain point of Australian wine-lovers living in America.

We’ve been shipping Australian wine across the world since 1998 and every week we would speak to international customers on the phone and receive emails with the same lamenting message, “it’s so hard to get Aussie wine shipped internationally and freight is expensive”.

We knew that we could make it easy for these people to order the Aussie wine they knew and loved, as well as giving them good-old fashioned 5-star customer service.
