Blewitt Springs Wine Co is a family owned certified organic vineyard. Our on-site small batch winery has been designed to create one off wines which showcase the fruit and terroir of this region.
My winemaking philosophy is that great wine starts in the vineyard. To maximise the quality of our organic grapes, I am actively involved in all aspects of the viticulture and winemaking. My approach is proactive, using selective intervention and the wines are cold-fermented to preserve the fruit characteristics of our ancient sand over clay medium. We are very proud to have been awarded the Top 10 Best New Winery Award from the 2021 James Halliday Wine Companion.
All our wines are vegan friendly with minimal sulphites used.
