Alluca represents a new chapter for our family. One of fine wine, coming together and returning home!
Named after our sons, Alex and Luca, Alluca seeks to champion crafted single vineyard wines that reflect their distinctive fruit and regional characters, by sourcing from our own low yielding vines, and seeking out only the highest quality fruit from surrounding vineyards.
After ten years of living and working abroad, we were drawn to the Fleurieu Peninsula by its pristine beaches, world class wine regions, coastal restaurants, local produce and beautiful undulating landscapes.
With over fifty years of food and hospitality experience between us, we had a dream to create something of our own. We also wanted to build a healthy family life for ourselves and our two sons, who we wanted to grow up with a strong sense of place and community.
Alluca is the realisation of our dream. It’s testament to good food, fine wine, community, family and the importance of having a place to call home.
We hope you can share in our journey, and enjoy the wines we produce from this very unique and special place we now call home.
